ABC Learning in court over centre ownership
Thursday July 10, 2008, 12:40 pm
Lawyers for childcare business ABC Learning have appeared in court over allegations the company failed to sell some of its childcare centres when it bought a rival company.
The ACCC alleges it told ABC Learning to sell off several centres in 2004, but the company held on to two centres in Western Australia.
It also alleges ABC Learning failed to maintain the centres properly, in breach of undertakings it made to the regulator.
The case will return to court later this month.
