Flights return to normal at Melbourne Airport

Melbourne Airport says domestic flights have returned to normal after a power cut this morning.
The outage delayed Qantas, Virgin, and Jetstar domestic flights.
Passengers experienced delays of up to 45 minutes into the afternoon.
The airport says construction workers severed a high voltage cable, cutting power to most of terminal one for half-an-hour.
